 Hello, I'm Tammy Zurfluh, Mortgage Planner

I welcome the opportunity to help you!  My family and I are lifelong Belvidere residents; I hope to help you experience all the unique quality of life benefits that our locale has to offer!

I joined Blackhawk’s Mortgage Division in 1989.  I began learning every aspect of mortgage lending, from processing documents to closing loans with clients.  I advanced to 'Mortgage Planner' in 1991.  I've built a thriving business based on referrals from Realtors and clients who either come back to me themselves or refer friends and family because of their positive experience.   

With Blackhawk's local loan procedures, I am able to provide same-day loan approvals.  I'll support you and answer any questions you have every step of the way.  After all, this is one of the most important purchases you'll ever make!  I'll attend your mortgage closing and stay in touch afterward, watching out for your best interests.

Sandra Adams, Mortgage Processor, prepares my loan documents for approval and closing. Her experience for the past 8 years in the Mortgage Department has made her an expert in the mortgage process and will ensure that you'll have a seamless closing. 

Beth Cunningham, Mortgage Planning Assistant, supports me in making sure you stay well informed about every aspect of your loan’s progress.  A 2003 graduate of ISU, Beth has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a Real Estate focus and departmental honors in Finance. Beth is a true asset to our team and will make the transition into your new home a great experience.
